Instructions for Use
1. Remove the blister from the pouch.
2. In’Oss™ does not require prior mixing before application. It comes pre-mixed and can be placed directly from the syringe into the bone defect. It can be used alone or as a graft extender with autograft or allograft.
3. In’Oss™ is not a hardening bone graft material, so during healing, complete closure with a membrane or proper sutures is recommended.

In’Oss - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Discover the benefits and applications of In’Oss putty!
What is In’Oss putty made of?
In’Oss putty is a fully synthetic, microporous, biphasic calcium phosphate particle-based osteogenic scaffold putty, containing an aqueous carrier.
|
Can In’Oss putty cause allergic reactions?
Both calcium phosphate particles and the aqueous polymer have been safely used in medical materials and pharmaceuticals for years, showing no allergic reactions.
|
Is there a risk of infection transmission with In’Oss putty?
In’Oss putty is fully synthetic, so there is no risk of infection transmission.
|
How and when does the aqueous carrier of In’Oss putty resorb?
In vivo tests have shown that the carrier is resorbed in less than 2 weeks and replaced by extracellular matrix.
|
What wound healing characteristics does In’Oss putty have?
In’Oss putty has limited hemostatic and clot-stabilizing effects. Its bioactive phase is osteogenic with rapid resorption and bone formation, supporting tissue healing and fast bone regeneration.
|
Advantages of In’Oss over xenograft bone?
Xenografts are safe but carry infection risk and slow resorption up to 15 years. In contrast, In’Oss resorbs within a few months and is gradually replaced by new bone.
|
Advantages of In’Oss over allograft bone?
Unlike allografts, which carry infection and immune reaction risks, the MBCP particles in In’Oss show osteoconductive properties widely validated in literature and clinical studies.
|
Benefits of using In’Oss in surgical procedures?
In’Oss putty is easily moldable, provides excellent adhesion, and fills bone defects perfectly. Its use simplifies and accelerates surgery while supporting faster healing.
